Kari has always had a passion for learning everything she can about leading teams. In her early 20's, Kari moved to Texas and was put in a supervisor position with little to no training on how to manage people. She was leading a team of 19 individuals and took it upon herself to get the resources she needed. She vowed that she would never let anyone that worked for her ever have to experience that feeling. Fast forward to graduating from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 2008, obtaining a breakthrough business coaching certification in 2018 and starting two successful companies in 2021, now with the help of her incredible team, All In Development Company was formed to give the resources and tools to leaders so they can in turn lead more successful lives and the people they lead can go home to be more fulfilled, and live happier and healthier lives.
