Supervisor Training For Emerging Leaders
4-8 hours
There are 5 different generations in the workforce today. Each generation communicates differently and is motivated differently. In this training, we highlight each generational difference and point out how to use each strength to your advantage as a manager or new supervisor.
Attendees will learn critical skills such as:
- Handling difficult conversations
- Delegation

We also teach supervisors how to be more coach-like.
Business Development (Sales) Training Program
8 weeks

Executive Management Group Training Program
90 days
Our Executive Management Training program is a comprehensive 3 month initiative to create a cohesive management culture.
It includes:
- Initial 8 hour group goal setting workshop
- Monthly group training sessions
- One-on-One Department Coaching with weekly accountability
- Reading and discussing leadership books together that are relevant to your company needs.

Training Workshops
Each of our Workshops can be customized into a 4 hour session, 8 hour session or we can do quarterly workshops
Strategic Planning Goal Planning Workshop
Initial 4-8 hours (varies)
Our Strategic Planning workshops are customized to your non-profit, private business or professional associations and at minimum includes:
- Establish Mission, Vision, Values
- Review the previous year:
- Goals, numbers, and last quarter's objectives
- Set goals for the next quarter:
- Address hurdles:
- Identify and solve any obstacles that might prevent the team from achieving their goals
- Capture and assign action items and a clear path

We showcase how personal well-being impacts teamwork, morale, and team effectiveness.
Group Participation: We gather ideas to improve communication, accountability, morale, and appreciation through interactive group discussions.
We provide tips on nutrition, better sleep, physical exercise for tactical performance and mental health exercises to boost personal and professional productivity.
We apply Dr. Melissa Spelchen's “Show Up, Stand Up, Speak Up, Self Up” model to build a culture of respect.
5 Star Customer Service Training Workshop
4-8 hours
Our 5 Start Customer Training workshop focuses on taking customer service to the next level by excelling in:
- Customer Service Basics
- Handling a Difficult Customer
- White Glove Customer Service
- Overcoming Sales Objections
- Top 10 Sales Secrets
We conduct an anonymous evaluation with your team to identify what the team's strengths and weaknesses are. We work closely with you to identify key objectives for your industry and make the training and role-playing as relevant and as immersive as possible.
Business Development Cohort
8 week program
Hybrid Coaching and Networking Cohort for High Performers. Break through to your most beneficial personal and business goals for 2025!
- 8 weeks of 15-30-minute one-on-one accountability meetings
- Connect with other women across North Dakota to support you with their expertise in different industries
- Initial 2-hour one-on-one meeting
- 8 weeks of weekly, virtual 60-minute group meetings
- At the end of the 8 weeks, we meet as a group for a 2 day retreat to celebrate successes from the program!

Corporate and Private Event Planning
From organizing a simple luncheon to planning a 3 panel Summit or 300+ person conference with panelists, we've got you covered!
We can do it all from start to finish!
- This includes but is not limited to:
Securing the event venue - Creating event flyers and marketing materials
- Develop attendee guest lists
- Mail or email invitations
We manage communications with food vendors, handle all set up,clean up, organizing event decorations, coordinating marketing efforts, ticket sales, on site prepetc.
