Bringing over two decades of expertise in the fitness and wellness industry she holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – Exercise Management from UW Eau Claire and is certified by top industry organizations, including the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Rebecca's extensive experience in one-on-one and group training environments positions her as a leader in promoting healthy lifestyles.
